  Questions for MOVIE PROP : Final stages Flattening, Resizing, Printing

  I am trying to flatten an image for design that is all text for a faux prescription bottle so it will be very small 2.5 inches tall around the bottle.
  I have made two copies of layered versions.
  Before I flatten the image- does it matter that my copy is sitting on the bottom of the red box and that it goes off the page on the top when I select ALL?
  For Flattening Image following these steps- Select All – Object – Flatten Transparency
  What should the PPi be set to for this size? The default is 300 over 150- is this appropriate?
  Once
  I flatten I need to scale it to the size. Where is the inches text box? Is it to the right in those boxes VA, VS etc where the chain link is for constraining proportions?
