i have noticed that while in normal playback of a DV avi file is fine when i insert the file in PI3 the quality of video weakens in scenes where actor’s movement is more intense(i.e. blurs around a moving arm). i tried other formats like divx but the problem still remains. am i doing something wrong? is there a way to undergo this problem?

Are you saying its more blurred AFTER you render out of pI, or just how it looks in the stage window? There shouldn’t be any difference at all between video played in pI and that same video anywhere else. If it’s post render, it has to do with the codec you rendered out to.

Sorry , it was my mistake as i am new to PI. The problem was that i was saving the ouput in a different resolution as the whole stage must be visible while saving.

    Thanks for your quick response,
