i need to make puzzel pices fly in to form the video…how can i do this in after effects..do i need a certain plugin?

Hi!
That’s pretty easy.
Go into Effects > Simulation > Shatter.
View : Rendered.
Shape : Puzzle.
Reverse the video : CTRL+ALT+R
Play with the Force 1, the Depth, see how it looks, etc. you know the rules.
Or you could use the Card Dance Effect.
That was the rich man way, haha 😛
