  putting together animation blocks

  So I have been saving my animations in two ways. One as a quick time movie (easy to see) and as TIFF (PSD layers) into a folder which are stored as separate pictures. I have a situation where I scraped the last 100 frames of an animation and re-rendered them.

  The problem is I cant figure out how to put the re-rendered final 100 frames into the original pack. Any suggestions?
