    Hi!

I want to animate a character and looked through the internet and found crazy talk animator

now i thought how to do that in after effects…

    so my Idea would be:
binding puppet pins to mask or shape vertexes…
I know, there are techniques with Null objects, but shapes would be much better to work with

now I’m a real Null in programming, but has anyone an idea, if this is do-able / possible.

    does anyone know a way

I found some cool techniques, it’s cool but….

The problem is that an expression can’t link to a path vertex. You can match the positions with a script, but it’s not a live link (if you make changes to the vertex positions, you have to run the script again).
