  PSD menu resolution

  This weekend I make a DVD the used a PSD menu and images rendered out in the 3D program lightwave 3D. Using a pre-assembled encore menu opened in photoshop I added the rendered elements. When I burned the DVD and watched, the menu looked slightly fuzzy and very amateurish. I used the preset photoshop settings and resolution and the D1/DV pixel respect ratio. Then I tried a higher res image, no better. What’s the trick to getting high quality, professional looking hand built custom menus?
