I don’t know if there is an equivalent in AE,but here is a trick with which you can get this effect.

1.Open your Photoshop.Create a new layer named”GLOW”.Add an Inner Glow effect for this layer.Save and quit.
2.open your AE.Import the PSD file you have just make as a composition.
3.Open the composition, you can find a layer named with”GLOW’s Inner Glow”
4.Open it’s effects panel ,now you can see the effect”Photoshop Inner Glow”.Copy it and paste onto any layer you like.

I meant to ask Inner Shadow, but either way I did what you said and it worked like a charm.

    Thanks a bunch!

If that wouldn’t have worked for you, you could have tried a different approach on my website (under text/ layer styles)

Hey thanks Mylenium. I’ve checked out your site before. I’ll probably hit it up again for some more of those text styles. Very cool. I dig the glassy one. Thanks again for the help.

    Take care.
