  PS Curves v. Curves Adjustment Layer – no “Show Clipping” option

  Hi all.
  Does anyone know why there is no “Show Clipping” tickbox on the Curves Adjustment Layer panel, as there is on the regular Curves panel?

  

  I often work with images that are intentionally clipped in some parts, so it’s extremely useful for me to be able to check/uncheck that box to check the clipping.
  I prefer to work with adjustment layers, but this is not available therein as far as i can tell. Am I missing something?

  (I know you can hold Alt + move the in/out points to see clipping in either case, but I really want to quickly be able to toggle on/off to see the image as is, without moving the sliders).
