I am trying to apply a filter to all frames of my .mov file which I want to export as an (animated) gif.

The filter applies to the first frame but upon preview of the animation and export, it has not been applied to the remaining frames (on the original .mov video file).

How do I ensure the filter (artistic filter) applies to each and every frame?

    Thank you in advance.

    I figured it out…

Turn the file into a ‘smart object’ and then apply filter.

    Thank you.
