PS CS3 – Pixel Aspect Ratio

You woudl have to write an action that reset the pixel aspect ratio to square, and then insert menu item >> open as the second step of your action. You can export this action as a droplet, if you like to drag and drop to open your files.

I think he means the preview function and not the actual non-square pixels

1. In CS4 its much cleaner

2. You can make an event using Script Event Manager…. say with every open document play back an action. Simply make an actionthat turns it off
