  PS and what software is used for this game?

  Since there doesn’t seem to be a forum for games on the Cow and since this game probably uses PS, I thought I’d ask my question here.
  After Googling the name of this game, “Daily Diff” or “Spot the Difference” in an attempt to locate the software used to make this game, seems all I got were links to play the game, or download the game and one site looked plain untrustworthy! I am looking for the software that would allow me to use my own photos so I’m able to make changes to them.
  Does anyone have an idea what that software is called or where it can be purchased?
