March 27, 2012 at 5:47 pmI have a dropbox I can throw it up on. What address would you want me to invite? I’m not sure if you can do private messages on the COW, or how you want to let me know.

March 27, 2012 at 6:19 pmwell, it works fine on the new iPad (3rd generation), the iPhone (3Gs) and MacBook Pro Safari, latest version. Looks good to go.
Be aware that on the new iPad it doesn’t look good because of the screen resolution. Looks fine everywhere else.Non-linear: all the time and nothing but.

March 27, 2012 at 6:44 pmHmmmmmmmm thanks Robb, I really appreciate the effort.
Bryson – at this point Robb and I have both tested it in a variety of environments. I’ve tried mpeg4, h264 mp4, uncompressed audio. We know that the files play without the web client and they play in the web client sometimes. Seems to be that middle point of QuickTime delivering the file. Like I said, I don’t believe this is a CatDV issue, I just don’t know where else to turn. I’m not aware of any type of error log in the Web Client that I could shoot to support. Do you have any recommendations on how I could maybe delve deeper into what is happening behind the scenes?
Thanks again.

March 27, 2012 at 9:05 pmThis one now needs to go the official guys. I’ll alert support to pick up from here. Thanks for the testing so far.

March 28, 2012 at 2:45 amWill it play if you use HTML5 instead of QuickTime video on the web client?

March 28, 2012 at 4:43 pmHey Brad,
On the iPad in Safari HTML5 nor Quicktime worked.
On this one computer here Safari: QT doesn’t work, HTML5 does work, Firefox QT asks for plugin, but then can’t find one to install and HTML5 doesn’t work, Chrome HTML5 works but it is stuttery.
On another computer Safari: QT does work, HTML5 does work, Firefox QT works but HTML5 doesn’t, Chrome HTML5 works, QT works after it asks to allow plugin to run.
