Proxies are being created in rec 2020 from what I can tell
I have the library to Rec709, I have the media override set to rec709. I have FCPX create proxies and they are rec2020 – look hideously blown out because my monitors are not HDR. Anyone know how to manipulate the settings for proxies?
Previous to this version, I could load media from my A7R3, have FCPX create proxies and everything looks fine. With this release I had to make sure the color space was correct for the library and each video file with the override rec 709 in the inspector but the proxies aren’t getting the memo from the system settings. Late to the party, but yes, it is a bug. Please report it (again if you already have). A few other people have stumbled upon this and a joint effort might get it fixed.
