ProRes render from Compressor = DARK
One day soon I’ll be able to go an entire day without posting something on here…
But in the meantime:
Trancoding in Compressor from Animation Codec to ProRes – noticed in both After Effects AND FCP that ProRes renders are CONSIDERABLY darker. This does not happen when I attempt the same thing in After Effects (render same file out to ProRes codec.)
I suppose I could do all of these transcoding in After Effects…but WHY? Noticed an older post in here that appeared to have similar issues that were fixed with AFX Porject Setting > Color Management, but that solution didn’t appear to change anything on my end. Besides, noticed the luma difference in both AFX and FCP.
Thoughts?
