  Prores files from Atomos Nijna imort fail

  I’m using After FX CS 5.5 on Windows.
  If I load proes 422 quicktime files recorded on the Atomos Ninja on Premiere pro they play just fine,
  if I try to load the same files on to After FX I get an error message that says the format is not recognized…
  Any ideas on how I can import this files successfully?
