Why when I try to export my project from prores 422 (LT) to H.264 The Quality And Size of video is smaller?

the Frame is bigger than the actual video itself.
for example. The title is in correct size, but the video itself is “shrunk”

    What Should I Do….?

    7D Dlsr Footage>>>Stream Clip>>>ProRes 422 (LT)>>>>FINAL Cut Pro>>>>Export Settings are

How do you export? Direct from FCP or through Compressor?

H.264 is a delivery codec. It is highly compressed.
ProRes is a high quality editing codec.

    Shoot hi quality.
    Edit Hi Quality.
    Export using “Current Settings”
Drop that file into your compression program to make your deliverable.

That’s a pitty, because Compressor is easy to use, and the result are a lot better.
I used to export also directly though FCP, but once I realized the difference in Q and Speed – I changed.
It will take you 1-2 hours and you will know all you need – and those 2 hours are worth the invested time.
