Proper workflow to edit from 1.5 hour raw footage to 5 min.
Often my projects are 5 min final video from 1 to 1.5 hour of footage.
I’ve tried sub-clipping and naming clips, renaming original files with a descriptive name, creating bins and moving from my full timeline to various bins, etc.
What is a good method that you experienced Vegas users subscribe to as a workflow?

We need a little more info:
1.5 continuous hours? Multicam?The fastest way to edit is to leave the whole clip on the line. Just drop images, other vids and effects above or below that line to attain the proper fades, layers, Fx, etc..
