  Project settings for imported video 1024×768

  Hi,

  I need to know what my project settings in Adobe Premiere CS5.5 should be if I am importing video that is 1024×768 but I want it in a 16:9 aspect ratio. The video is too big and part of the image is cutoff when my project settings are 720×480. The format is NTSC. The video will be uploaded to YouTube.
