Project Render Issues
I am experiencing an issue with Premiere projects that have been saved. Upon re-opening a saved project the entire work area is red indicating to render. At first I thought it just needed to render effects and/or transitions, but then I realized the entire length of the hour long project was red, very strange. So far I have been able to save the project as a backup, minus the preview files, and render them fresh on the new copy…thinking they were corrupt somehow. When I try to play the project with the red line above it will not play…the video stutters. I have checked the actual clips and they are fine. So far this has happened to 3 projects in the past month or so. This never used to happen. I recently re-installed Premiere due to a hard drive failure. Could I have missed something in the process? FYI…I am using Premiere 6 with the Canopus DVStorm card and software…and I have recently installed the latest drivers for this from the Canopus website. Any ideas or solutions? Thanks.
