project is freezing Premiere
My music video project of about 5 mins is freezing premiere pro. I just opened it, after working on it the previous day, and discovered it freezes premiere pro. Premeire stops responding and I have shut it down using the taskbar. Every other projects i premiere works except this one. can someone please help. I think it happend after i deleted the media cache. That is not the first time i am deleting the cache anyway, and i had no problem until now.

Try importing the project file to a new project.

Can you please tell me how to do that. I read somewhere about that as a solution but just couldn’t get to achieve it.

Just import the project file as you would import a movie file.
