I’m trying to make an automatic force saving every five minutes and I found how to change the autosave vault, but is there a option to change how often we save the project itself to the actual project folder not the vault?

Other than pressing CMD-S manually..no. That is why you have the autosavr vault.

Under “User Preference” (Option+Q) there is setting for how often and how many copies of the auto save there are.
