Program time in 720p59.94.
I’m migrating to HD 720p59.94 from SD. Since TC at 59.94 is non-drop frame how is program timing affected? For example, with SD 29.97 non-drop frame TC a 60 minute program is actually 60 minutes 3.6 seconds in real time. With drop frame TC it is exactly 60 minutes.
My question is what is the actual running time (real time)of an hour program edited at 720p59.94?

Same deviation. 60min, 3.6 secs.
it’s more frames per second, but the slowdown mitigates at the same rate.
