    Program shutting down

    I ran into a situation that happened once or twice before. I am “importing as” video into an Encore DVD CS3 project as a timeline. When I hit enter, I get a window that pops up that says
    “Adobe Encore has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience”. The files that I am trying to import are files that I got off of a tutorial site on the internet, and are AVI’s and WMV’s. Anyone have a reason and or a solution for this problem? It would be much appreciated!

    I even converted all the files to 720 x 480, where they were 800 x 600. Still closes the program down.
