Program monitor showing wrong frames from clips
Program monitor shows clip from beginning after trimming its start and end.
Is there any solution for this?

We need a lot more information about your system to figure out what is going on. Mac/PC? OS? Media type?
Are you talking about an external monitor, or the monitor in the application?
Has this been going on for a while or just started?
Recent changes/updates/upgrades to system?
System:

Win 7 64-bit
32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2017.1 (as of 8/2017)
256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from UHD MP4, HD MP4, and HD P2 MXF.
