program error message
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has come across the following error message: “Could not create (open) document because of a program error.” It’s happening on a co-workers’ computer, so I don’t know all the specifics. I do know that she has 10.4.9 and CS2 and it is updated to the latest version. I tried trashing prefs. I did a clean reinstall and it still had the problem. It cannot open or create documents. Very strange. Any thoughts?
