    Good Evening!

I have a problem with a recent quicktime update. I edit/render in Prem Pro 2, then have a custom export set up so I can export it to FCP.

All working fine, now since a recent Quicktime update when I start my render in Prem Pro I get error Profile File Invalid.

I have tried uninstalling and installing but this doesn’t help.

Has anyone else had this issue?

    Cheers,

    Richie

Does uninstalling QT fix things? If so try an earlier version.
“Profile” might refer to user profile. Try creating a new user for Windows and log into it and try exporting?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have uninstalled 7.65 and installed v7.6

This has rectified the issue and I can now render!!

    Many thanks!!
