Procreate V Illustrator with After Effects

February 27, 2021 at 1:18 pmHi, i’ve been using illustrator with After Effects (i’m new to it)
and you can animate by tweaking the bezier points.Recently i’ve been working with procreate which i can make better visuals with but it seems like when i bring those layers in to after effects the shape has to remain as is.
It seems like procreate is better visually but less flexible animation wise.
While illustrator gives you more flexibility in AE.
Is this right?
Is procreate no good for AE?
I’d love to be able to use my more detailed illos in AE but it’s not giving me much flexibilty.I hope this makes sense.
Thanks!Eric Santiago

Illustrator is a Vector app with the ability to support Raster images (pixels).
Totally different in editing tech.
