  Problems with motion path

  Hi,

  I’m pretty new to Motion, so I may be making some basic mistake…

  but i have created a motion path that I want to apply to another object. But when i duplicate it and drag it to the new object, or option-drag it, either way, it appears on the screen but the new object isn’t attached to it, that it is doesn’t follow it. same with “align object to motion” behavior. I can’t copy it over.

  I’m in Motion 3. Any suggestions for what i’m doing wrong?
