Problems with linking to correct menu button
I am working with Encore CS3. I have a movie that has 37 chapter points spread out across 7 menus. Every menu has a next button, previous button, and main menu button. In addition it has 6 buttons for chapters to the film. All the links work just as I want them. The problem I am having is this: When I click on the next button I want it to go the the next menu which it does. I want it to land on button one which is the next chapter point. I have it linked to do so. This works fine in the Encore simulator. However, when played in a blu-ray player it lands on random buttons. It seems to working on some menus, but not on others. All of them have the links set the same.
Any ideas?
I have tried several players and it does this on all of them.

Click on the Show Button Routing button in the Menu Viewer. Are the buttons numbered the way you expect?

Yes, they are numbered exactly how I want them.
Also, I am not burning straight to disc. I am creating a disc image first then burning the image to disc.

Last chance for me: Do you have any overrides set anywhere at all in the entire project?
Change them all to Not Set if you do.
I can’t think of any other reason that the menu button links aren’t landing on the correct button.

I have no overrides set on any menu.

Rob,
Not just the menus; *anywhere* in the project. If an override is set when it doesn’t need to be (and it almost never needs to be), it can create havoc by adversely affecting things in other places that shouldn’t be affected at all.

Yeah, thats what I meant. Every link and button on the project has “not set” on override.
