problems with FLV movies inside of SWFs nested in HTML divs
I hope that subject heading makes sense. I didn’t really know how else to put it. Anyway, I’ve been having two different problems with my website both with Flash elements.
1) In Firefox in the Mac and PC (but not Safari on the Mac) I have an issue where when a FLV movie that’s inside of SWF loads, it loads off of the edge of the main Div container of the website and loads without video (though the sound does play). Instead of a video player loading where I put it when I made the original in Flash, it loads off to the side and without the video part. Oddly, the second page that I listed didn’t have that problem when I checked it out first and now both pages seem to have the same issue… an intermittent problem.

2) In Firefox on the PC (but not on the Mac) I have an issue where the Flash video player on same two pages as above obscures the javascript drop-down menus in the div above the SWF. I made the div with the javascript menu negative Z-scale and the one below a high positive # Z-scale and that didn’t seem to do anything.
Any help would be much appreciated as I’m really vexed…

Both of those appear to be working fine on Firefox here today.
