  problems with audio

  i’m working on a project were they have shot HDV footage with a boom mic and the camera mic. we have over 200 hours of footage and every tape has been fine except one. there is actual audio on the tape, when i play it back in the deck there is sound. but when i capture it there is nothing but really low static. i have digitized tape before and after this with out changing any of my audio / video settings and they have all been fine. this tape i really important and has some great interviews. any help on why i’m not getting and audio on capture??
