Problems exporting edls
I need to export edls for the green screen parts of my project. My timeline is an hour long. But there are only 5 short clips with greenscreen clips. My online editor had me delete all the media that wasn’t relavent to the green screen material. But he had me keep it exactly in place in the timeline. After I deleted irrevelant material, I put in slugs to keep the clips in the sequence to time.
When I try to export an edl, I get a message saying some of the clips don’t have timecode and that the edl will be inaccurate. I have also tried just exporting one track. And made sure that track was free of slugs.
None of the edls make sense to me. The timecode ins and outs are off by a number of seconds. Any suggestions?
