  Problems exporting

  I’ve posted this question in Final Cut Pro Basics forum but am not getting any response so I thought I might try here. It may be something really simple that I’m missing. Here’s the issue:
  I have a project that is just over 12min long. When I try and export it as a quicktime movie FCP crashes. When I try and export it as a quicktime movie through quicktime conversion codec error comes up. I have checked and the codec’s match (DV/DVCPRO-NTSC)so that should not be an issue. I put together a short sequence (about 1 min long) and had no problems exporting. There is plenty of hard drive space on my external so I’ve ruled that out. I have no idea how to proceede so I can output my project. Any suggestions. Thanks.
