    Hi All,

    So I’ve been running into an issue lately. I’m working from a sequence that was captured in 480i/29.976. I decomposed the sequence and then went to batch capture it again at its true resolution of 720p/ 59.98. When doing so I get the following error:

    Cannot capture media due to lack of drive space

    However, I’m working with an empty 1.5TB drive!!! I even tried 3 other drives with the same results. I can crash record the segments just fine, but this is not an ideal workaround as it drastically increases my online time having to cut clips in by hand.. I can log and batch capture from the tape just fine, but I can not from the decomposed sequence.

    I flipped my project into 1080i mode and batch captured from the same decomposed sequence. I set my DVC Pro HD deck to export 1080i footage and this worked flawlessly.

    So it seems like I just can’t batch capture from the 720p sequence. Does anyone have any ideas?

    I’m using an AVID Adrenaline with media composer 3.0 software.
