  problem with video on webpage

  I have the following code on my webpage to embed a .swf file:

  The problem I am having is the video will not play. If you would like to view the page and see what is happening go to the following link: http://www.precisiondesignvideo.com

  I have the gh.swf file uploaded to the same directory as my index.html file, but it is not working. I don’t even see the play, volume, etc. buttons.

  I am trying to replicate the video on the following webpage:

  https://www.graniteheights.com/video/gh.html

  This is not my video, but I copied it from the internet and am trying to use it to teach myself how to embed an .swf file on my webpage. Also, does anyone know of a video encoder that will convert any video file to a .swf?
