Problem with MP4 footage and slow shutter speeds

Of course if you’re doing this on a Play Station 3 I’d love to hear how you did it.

I’ve never known and editing program to comprehend files. They may or may not decode them or may or may not be able to import them or may or may not be able to play them without rendering. They certainly won’t work in iMovie or Windows Movie Maker.

We still have no idea how you shot the video or what you’ve tried to play them in and what actually happened.

Give the above I can’t fathom a rationale nor have you given us one.

What does any of this have to do with slow shutter speeds?

I apologize if the above in any way is offensive but this seems more like a riddle than an inquiry.
I am both a compressionist and an Sony EX user and don’t understand what you’ve done, what you’re trying to do, what your goal is.

Please read my comments and see if you can understand my confusion and maybe you can post exactly what you did. Even if you’re not quite sure if it was the best way to do it.

Imagine describing your right hand to a doctor even if you’re not quite sure what makes the fingers move. Do that.
