    Problem with importing an MP4 File

    Hey guys,

    i am using Avid Media Composer 4 for my first time

    and i have a problem with importing an MP4 file ( shot with JVC GY 700).

    Avid says that it is not able to import this file,

    What are I am doing wrong?

    It is probably a codec issue. Could be Apple Pro Res – will it play if QT player?
