Problem with hiding FC
Hi I am Angelos Demetriou, and this is the first time i write a post here. I ve been working with Macs and Final Cut for 3-4 years, but i ve just bought a new Mac Pro. I have a problem and I have no idea whats going wrong, i would appreciate the help! When i hide FC and try to show it up again, it doesnt show up. It seems that it doesnt respond. And i end up force quitting it. Note that this does not occur with the other softwares.
Does anybody know whats the problem?

Hi Angelos,
Welcome to the COW.
Your issue sounds more a Finder matter than a FC problem.
Do you use DiskWarrior, TechTools or any similar maintenance tool?
Meanwhile you could try to start in Safe Mode and repair permissions.

make it stop.Just wanted to let you know your not the only one.

FC Studio 6.0.6
Mac OS 10.5.7
Dual 2.5 G5 Power PC
5.5 GB DDR SDRAM
Dual Mac 17″ screens and the original gfx card for this machine with an ADC adaptor on
one of the screens.Anyone know what might be up? I have what I think are
weird re-draw issues sometimes too in FCP windows.Good Luck
