  Problem with HDlink Pro 3D Displayport and HP Dreamcolor Z24X

  I recently bought a hp dreamcolor z24x connected it to a hdlink pro 3d device via a displayport cable that is connected to a Blackmagic Decklink 4k extreme card via an SDI cable.

  Unfortunately am unable to get a signal and the hdlink utility running the latest firmware v 3.5.3 is still greyed out. I have tried using different usb 2.0 A/B cables to no avail. Am running this set up on a PC with Windows 7 ultimate OS. The pc is an HP Z800 workstation. The gpu – Nvidia Gtx 780 ti and a gt 610 for the displays. Am using it for color grading with Davinci Resolve lite.

  I have checked the hdlink pro device and it seems to be receiving a video signal from the sdi cable since the tiny light at the back lights bright but the screen says no signal check video cable.

  I have run out of options could someone kindly assist me and tell me what else I can do. Thanks in advance
