i have a big problem with exporting xdcam footage from my cs5.
When done editing my xdcam footage i click on export media and the select export video and audio. i then choose the mpeg 2 DVD format for the export but when the export process is complete and i view the footage i notice that the footage is without any audio. when i checked the location properly i found out that it exported the audio separate from the video. What do i do?

Do you intend to make a dvd? If so, what you need is what you have–a separate video and audio stream. Your dvd authoring program, whichever one you use, should let you import both. It will then burn them onto a dvd all synced up.

If, however, you want to upload your video to Youtube or just watch it on your computer, you probably want to export to something like h.264.
