Problem with DV Output
Ok…. I know….
Don’t crucify me…. I’ve had a rough day and its not getting any easier.
I have a program that I have had to downconvert to DV (yeah, I know….) and output to DV (again, I know…). I’ve setup FCP to a DV sequence using all of the defaults, set me deck up properly (HVR-M10U), and… nothing.
Now… I did it a while ago but not lately. Can someone help?! My head is hurting!

is your deck in HDV mode instead of dv?

No…. I did check that. I went through and changed everything to DV mode.

sorry to contact you 2 years later on a post on HDV deck problems.
I assumer in 23 years you figured it out , right 😉
I am right in the middle of this ugly problem, finally found the AV devices tap get an output..but in 4:3 format.
(cropped) even if all possible settings are on 1080 60i….great… any clue?Much thanks in any case,
