  Problem with download and installation of VP 14

  I just purchased VP 14. I downloaded the install app and ran the download manager. The manager wants download VP14, DVD Architect, proDad merchilli, and NewBlue FX titler. Fine with me. The manager showed me it downloaded all 419 MB of VP 14 then it just stalled. It shows 100% downloaded but it still shows a spinning progress wheel which usually means it is still working and should move on to downloading the next program, DVD arcitecht but it doesn’t. It just sits there spinning. Has been for over half an hour now. Something’s not right. Can anyone help? Preferrably someone from Magix support or anyone else who had a similar problem and got it solved.
