We are making a multi language documentary project and we made subtitles on different languages. However Arabic and Urdu subtitles both uses Arabic fonts but it in Arabic writing if you letters have different appearances according to which part of word you use. If they are at beginning different, at middle different, at the end different. But when I import them all them looks like they are standing alone, it makes impossible to read for languages which uses Arabic alphabet. We use Mac and prepared subtitles on jubler. Do you have suggestions?

In case of if anybody have same problem. No solution for arabic fonts if you just import text with arabic lettters. Because encore doesn’t have middleastern language support (photoshop has it). Only solution is prepare your subtitle as fab image script and import it. I have used Subtitle edit software from https://www.nikse.dk/subtitleedit/
and it worked great. You have to uses a windows pc and export as fab image script.
