someone can help me with this problem in my camera, one day came the image on the LCD and do not know how to remove it

It looks to me like a factory lcd test screen.
I would do the following.
1. with a paperclip, press the reset button visible on your top photograph.
If that doesn’t get you out of it,2. Call Sony tech support and show them the photos.

hi thanks, I’ve given the reset but nothing happens, as usual, the Sony service charges me $ 300 just to review it
I’m trying to get the manual or go to the menu of the camera for service if I do something there
