problem playing Vegas rendered mpeg in WMP10
rebuilding machine with new cpu & mobo etc.
WMP10 plays mpegs fine, but not anything that has been rendered by vegas 7d. Not tried other versions.
searched for clues in archive but couldn’t find anything.
XP SP2. DVDA installed. Is a codec issue.

sorted. installed PowerDVD and all is fine. Didn’t think that was necessary, since other mpegs were playing fine.
