    hi
i have created a project in premier CS4 using 1920x1080i at 25fps parameters, the project consists of still photographs. after exporting into HD the mp4 file does not play smoothly in media classic, vlc or any other player. the effects (zoom and pan) stutter, dont know why, need help….

incidently when i redo the entire project using the 1220x1080i, anamorphic, the movie palys fine only on classic player.

would like to stick to the 1920 HD standard. need urgent help, project stuck.

    thanks

Your problem is the computer itself.

Quicktime 1080P requires a huge amount of processing.

Depending on the rate you choose, you may need a Quadcore computer, a RAID system to keep up with the data, and a fairly nice graphics card.

Either stick to 720P or try lowering the data rate, but in the end you are balancing compression and resolution. You are better off with a less compressed 720P file, than a highly compressed 1080P one.
