Problem exporting tiff sequence
Hello,
i am trying to export a tiff sequence from a dvcpro 720p Sequence in fcp 7, and the tiff files should be 960×720, but they are 1280×720, and they appear distorted. In others similar exporta in fcp 6, i didn t have This problem and the files have 960×720. Any suggestion? Some export setting? Thanks -

Were do they show up distorted?
In QT?

the exported 1280×720 tiff files have jagged edges.

Don’t do this from Final Cut, do this in Compressor. Compressor scales this kind of thing much better than FCP.
Either send your timeline to Compressor, or export a QT movie & open that in Compressor, then you’ll have to modify any of the settings to an image sequence.
In the Frames tab, make the scaling “best”, in the Geometry tab, make the size 1280×720.
