  Problem exporting HDV quicktime

  I have been trying to export HDV video as a quicktime movie but every time it comes out flawed, with frames being skipped and repeated. This does not happen with my DV movies. I have exported HDV just fine in the past and can’t figure out if my settings are wrong or it is a corruption in the program or computer. If someone is familiar with this problem and knows what’s going on please leave me some advice. Thanks.
