  problem exporting

  I am having a problem exporting my project to a movie file (AVI, Quicktime, etc.). It renders everything fine but when I play the exported file it is constantly switching between widescreen and standard screen sizes (about every other frame). My footage is all in NTSC widescreen 24p format that I shot with a Panasonic DVX100a. What I am trying to do is export a small scene to a movie file that I can then open in After Effects.
