problem export tga sequence with video=bad quality
Hi
I have a problem with the quality after export.
We shot a short movie with animation over.
the animations are made by flash and exported in two formats png and tga. We tried two of them but anyhow the quality after export is not good as in the original sequence.
Can you please suggest me how to export the movie with the best possible quality. The final movie should be burned on DVD and will be watched on PC.
Please give me some hints about the codecs or maybe my mistake is with the settings of the export.
for the momment I received one suggestion to use HuffyUV codec for export and after that software to convert to needed format – is this working or is tottaly wrong. -

From Flash, try QuickTime MOV or Windows AVI, 16-bit, and uncheck ‘Compress’, check ‘Smooth’. And, make sure you’re exporting at the appropriate frame size for your video project.
From Premiere, if you’re going to DVD you should use DVD-Video MPEG-2. Or, If you want your DVD authoring software to transcode the file, export the movie as Uncompressed.Vince
